With more than two decades of experience in operations, project management, and private estate management, I have built my career around creating order within complex environments and ensuring that the details behind the scenes are handled with care.

My experience includes overseeing the operations of multiple private residences, managing household teams and vendors, coordinating maintenance and capital projects, developing household systems and procedures, managing budgets, and creating the operational structure that allows a home to function seamlessly. Earlier in my career, I worked in production and operations with organizations including Pixar Animation Studios and Lucasfilm Animation, experiences that shaped the thoughtful, organized and solutions-focused approach I bring to my work today.

Over the years, I recognized that professional household management shouldn't be limited to large estates with full-time staff. Many families need the same level of organization, oversight and expertise—but on a more flexible scale.

I founded The Lares House to provide exactly that.

Whether establishing the systems for a new home, bringing order to an existing household, overseeing vendors and projects, or providing ongoing fractional household management, my approach is personal, practical and highly attentive to detail.

Every home is different. My role is to understand how yours works, identify where life can be made easier, and quietly put the people, systems and structure in place to make that happen.
